SEPANG, Feb 23 — The Fire and Rescue Department’s request to add 12 more tracker dogs in its stable to strengthen operational capabilities has been approved.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 12 — Dog handlers in the K9 Unit of the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) need to have a high level of patience to manage and train their animals.

SHAH ALAM, Jan 2 — The presence of the sniffer dogs from the K9 Unit is not unusual in fire forensic investigations as it is part of the procedure to determine the source of the fire, says Selangor Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM).

SHAH ALAM, Jan 1 — The Selangor Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) will mobilise its K9 Dog Detection Unit tomorrow to carry out forensic work and determine the cause of a fire that broke out at Wisma Jakel, Section 7, here this morning.
